Express shipments

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your order or an item within your order, I accept exchanges and returns. Please keep in mind the following terms and conditions:
- Contact me within 14 days to receive the return address.
- Send the item back within 21 days after you received the order.
- Items on sale are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
- Items should be unworn and in their original state.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- A €5 process fee is charged for returns and exchanges.
- In case of free postage, €7 is deducted from the refund to cover postage for the outward journey.
- For an exchange, the shipping costs of the new article will have to be paid.
- The loss of your package, by the carrier, during your return, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Orders that are not collected (unclaimed) will automatically be returned to us by the post company. This counts as a returned item and a process fee will be charged. Reshipment is possible but the shipping will need to be paid.
- Please ensure that the item(s) are being sent back in the same way that you received them. Careful packaging is important as I cannot take responsibility for damaged items.
- Returns/Exchanges are normally processed within 5 days after arrival. The refund can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card or PayPal account.
