FAQ

Do you ship with a tracking code?

Yes, I provide shipping with a tracking code for all orders with a product value higher than €20 (shipping cost not included) . This allows you to track your package and know its location during transit. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

If you have an order of €20 or lower, and you'd like to upgrade it with a tracking code, please contact me quickly. Keep in mind that once the order is shipped it is not possible to add a tracking code.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking number by email. Use this number to track your delivery's progress on the shipping company's website.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I offer worldwide shipping. During check out you can provide me your shipping address.

Can I modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, I am unable to make any changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payment through major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. I also accept payment through PayPal for added convenience.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. I strive to process and ship orders within 1-4 business days.


Standard shipments

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for standard shipments is:

  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • Canada: 10-20 business days
  • Europe: 2-10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on customs processing and other factors beyond our control.

Express shipments

For fast delivary needs, I do offer express shipment upgrades during check out. The delivery time for express shipment depends on your location. Typically, it takes 2-4 business days for the package to arrive after it has been shipped. For the exact shipping time please contact me.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your order or an item within your order, I accept exchanges and returns. Please keep in mind the following terms and conditions:

  • Contact me within 14 days to receive the return address.
  • Send the item back within 21 days after you received the order.
  • Items on sale are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
  • Items should be unworn and in their original state.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • A €5 process fee is charged for returns and exchanges.
  • In case of free postage, €7 is deducted from the refund to cover postage for the outward journey.
  • For an exchange, the shipping costs of the new article will have to be paid.
  • The loss of your package, by the carrier, during your return, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Orders that are not collected (unclaimed) will automatically be returned to us by the post company. This counts as a returned item and a process fee will be charged. Reshipment is possible but the shipping will need to be paid.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are being sent back in the same way that you received them. Careful packaging is important as I cannot take responsibility for damaged items.
  • Returns/Exchanges are normally processed within 5 days after arrival. The refund can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card or PayPal account.
