≫SHIPPING
After you placed the order it takes me 1 - 4 workdays to prepare and ship your package. All orders are packed with care for the product and for nature. There are two shipping options to choose from.

STANDARD SHIPPING: All standard shipping orders are shipped with the official registered mail (or in some cases Mondial relay) with tracking code. This allows you to follow the package easily. As soon as the package is shipped you will receive a notification with the tracking information.

Please note: BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, FRANCE, LUXEMBOURG, PORTUGAL and SPAIN: Standard shipments (not express shipment upgrades) are shipped with Mondial Relay to a pickup point. You will receive an email to choose the pick-up point. If you already know your pick up point please share the address in the 'note to seller' space.

EXPRESS SHIPPING During check out you can add a paid shipping upgrade to your order. Orders with a shipping upgrade will be shipped with DHL express with tracking code. Shipping with DHL express is fast and safe. Shipping times are 1 – 5 workdays, depending on your location (to know your exact delivery date you can contact me). If you add this shipping upgrade to your cart during check out please leave your phone number and email address in the ‘note to seller space’ on the check out page (or send it in a message). I need this to complete the shipping documents. As soon as the package is shipped you will receive a notification with the tracking information.

Express shipments

For fast delivery needs, I do offer express shipment upgrades during check out. The delivery time for express shipment depends on your location. Typically, it takes 2-4 business days for the package to arrive after it has been shipped. For the exact shipping time please contact me.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
